Effective date: 15 February 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Inpray application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service operator: Inpray (independent individual operator)

Legal address: United Kingdom (full postal address available on lawful request)

Contact email: hello@inpray.com

1. Service Scope

Inpray provides spiritual guidance support, prayer resources, examination of conscience preparation, and catechetical reflection features. Services evolve over time and specific features may change, be suspended, or be removed as the platform develops.

2. Eligibility and Account Access

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. No Sacramental, Medical, or Legal Substitution

The Services do not administer sacraments and are not a priest, confessor, therapist, doctor, lawyer, or emergency service. Outputs are informational and devotional only. For sacramental absolution, medical emergencies, mental health crises, or legal matters, you must contact qualified human professionals.

4. AI Output and User Responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on outputs. You should evaluate outputs critically and seek pastoral guidance when needed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting unlawful, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or exploitative content; attempting to bypass technical controls; scraping, reverse engineering, or automating extraction of outputs; or using the Services to harm others.

6. Access and Capacity Limits

Access to some features may depend on account tier, usage limits, and technical availability. To protect service quality and sustainability, the operator may apply fair-use controls, temporary limits, or availability restrictions.

7. Suspension and Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risk, or abuse system resources. The operator may also temporarily pause parts of the Services for budget, technical, moderation, security, or operational reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, interface, and branding, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly allowed by law or written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including AI APIs and infrastructure providers. Availability and performance may depend on those providers. The operator is not liable for downtime or failures caused by third-party systems beyond reasonable control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the Services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's place of residence, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts required by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

The operator may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and/or by email where practical. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
